Please Help us Help Maria Rios With Medical Costs

Maria was in a serious car accident on the night of  Tuesday, August 18th.  She is very lucky to be alive.  She has multiple fractures.  She does not have full use of both legs at this this time. She is going to have a long recovery time ahead of her, with physical therapy etc.  Any help would be appreciated, there is and will be a lot of medical bills and miscellaneous bills to be taken care of.
