Uati Suafoa

I am managing this fundraiser with permission from the Suafoa Family.

Unexpectedly, the Suafoas lost their husband of 40+ years, their #girldad, and their grampy, on August 11. Many called Uati a "gentle giant" as his ex-football-playing, Samoan frame housed the most kind, giving and loving man. He served his church and community with every minute and every ounce of energy he had up until the day he went to the hospital. I could go on and on about his generous nature, but anyone who met him knows the kind of man he was.

Due to his pre-existing health issues, Uati was denied the option of transferring his life insurance policy after a job change. He was left without any coverage. At this time, we are graciously asking for any contribution toward funeral expenses you may be able to give. If we had $1 for every life Uati touched or every person he served, I am certain all expenses would be covered in minutes.

I will continue to add more, and update with funeral details as they come, but for now, I want to ease the financial burden for the family. Our hearts are will Uati's wife, Elizabeth (Bette), daughters Beverly (husband Keola), Shannon and Chelsea, and grandchildren Ian, Logan, Cameron and Noa as they grieve this tremendous loss.
