UAP Dragon Research.

My name is Robert Shiepe, a retired Pharmacist. Since 2017 I have been recording tiny, small fast uap’s in Marina Del Rey every day. I now have over 4000 uap videos. I am asking for any funding to assist my research for camera repair and new software to record these uap’ s . My future goal is to pick up a thermal flir camcorder and other equipment that will be needed to advance these recordings. I hate to ask for help, I usually am the person who donates , not takes.
