Our mission is to provide help directly to those in need in Ukraine.

UAid Direct focuses on the most vulnerable: the elderly population, mothers with children or babies and those whose lives have been turned upside down, who find themselves refugees in their homeland after being forced to leave their hometowns. UAiD Direct is also actively supplying aid to evacuated orphanages around Ukraine. We care about them and do our utmost to continue supporting these comunities.

Our destinations include a variety of locations such as orphanages, hospitals, safe homes, and others. We take food, medicine, hygiene supplies and clothing via the quickest and safest route into Ukraine. As a completely volunteer-led effort, we use 100% of donations to carry out our mission.

Our approach:

Each request for help received by a small community from Ukraine we receive is vetted by a dedicated team of four people with direct contacts in Ukraine. We ensure these requests are of highest priority and that their need for help is urgent.

Once verified, each request is picked up by our dedicated sourcing team in Medyka, Poland. We do our best to source from existing donations, but our work relies on your help with both goods and funding.

Once our sourcing team is ready, the goods are labeled and loaded with one of our drivers. We use a network of trusted Ukrainian and international drivers.

Any funds raised will be used to purchase supplies in medicine, non-perishable food or hygiene products.

We currently directly support over 40 communities with regular deliveries.

Those range from orphanages and care homes to smaller towns cut off from the humanitarian aid supplies in the larger cities.

We have also supported 30+ aid drops with other organizations. The communities we support range in population from [phone redacted]+ people. Many of the people we serve are IDPs, and their needs are constantly evolving, dependent upon the availability of water and electricity.
