My pet's name is Ziggy.
I've had my Olde English Bulldogge for a little over 5 years now, going on 6 years of age. I was invited to take a short vacation with my good friend and his family.
Unfortunately, I was not able to bring my boy along due to the car space for travel. So, I had my roommate pet sit for me while I was gone.
I was told my dog still needed to eat for the day on my arrival back home. My boy, as always, was very excited to see me. So was I. I knew he still needed to eat, so I fed him and changed his water to fresh water.
I let him outside in the backyard for his usual potty routine, brought him back inside, and as I was unpacking, I noticed he had thrown up twice. I asked my roommate if he had fed him while I was gone, given the fact I was very concerned. I mentioned to my roommate he had thrown up shortly after my arrival. He responded, "Yeah, he did throw up while you were away."
I was not made aware of that while I was still on vacation. Until I got back home, he also has diarrhea he's been struggling with. He won't eat, he's barely drinking water, and at this point, I am very scared for his well-being.
Unfortunately, I am not financially capable of taking my dog to get treated at the veterinary hospital. So, I am asking for a little bit of help. If any of you can please donate, anything helps.
I just want to see my dog get back to his normal self again. Thank you for reading, everyone, and please keep my boy Ziggy in your prayers.
