Hello everyone,

My name is Manish, and I’m humbly reaching out to ask for your help to save the life of a young man, Lila Prasad Luitel, who is battling complete kidney failure.

Lila Prasad is the eldest son of Subanath and Ganga Maya Luitel, from Ward No. 2, Sadananda Municipality, Kudakaula, Bhojpur District, Nepal. Due to serious health issues, he underwent tests at Koshi Hospital and Nobel Hospital, Biratnagar, where doctors confirmed that both of his kidneys have failed.

Lila and his family are going through an incredibly difficult time. They are currently living in Kanepokhari, Morang, in a small house under the sharecropping system (adhiya). Their financial situation is extremely poor, and they are unable to afford the high costs of dialysis and further treatment.
