My name is Ruth, and my husband's name is Joe. We are asking for donations for our grandchildren. Their mother, Kelcy Marie Reed, passed away Sat, Oct 25th, from a brain aneurysm. Her son is 20 years old, and her daughter is 27 years old. Her daughter had just moved back to Louisiana a few weeks ago to be with her mother during her pregnancy. Now Kelcy will not get to share in the birth, but she was proud of her daughter. Her son is following Christ at such a young age; she was so proud of him. I want to share what he posted on his website.

"I will unfortunately be losing my awesome, great, sweet, charming, beautiful mom later tonight at 20 years old. I'm in complete disbelief about it all. She unfortunately had a brain aneurysm that ruptured and didn't make it after the surgery. I'm looking at this in the most positive way possible. God has done this for a reason. He knows how bad this would hurt and He knows that we would ask that very question, WHY. God is simply doing this to make me and my family come out stronger. This is a testimony to tell others who might go through the same thing and to spread the word of Christ in the process. I can't wait to see you in heaven, Mama. Now I have to say my goodnight prayers one last time. Goodnight, sweet dreams, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite.
