I have been disabled for 2 years.
I started receiving disability finally this past October, which does not even cover my rent for my modest 1 bedroom apartment, nevermind food, utilities, car insurance, telephone, etc...
I was working as a personal assistant the past year 2 days a week which made it possible for me to "barely " pay my basic necessities. I am single and ony own at the age of 52 and I have 5 herniated discs and a bone spur which are pressing on the nerve endings to my legs and feet, along with Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromialgia. I just received a phone call from my client today, stating that they no longer need me. No notice and many past due bills.
I do not like to ask for ANYTHING but a friend suggested I try this.
I am only doing so because I am desperate and will not survive on my Disablity alone.
