My name is Aiman Iftikhar.

This Ramadan, my heart is carrying one intention.

In 2011, my father, Iftikhar Ahmed, returned to Allah. Losing him changed me in ways words can never fully explain. A father’s presence is a kind of strength you don’t realize you lean on until it is no longer there.

My dad lived a life of service. He cared for people not only as a doctor, but as a human being who believed in kindness, responsibility, and compassion. He worked quietly, loved deeply, and gave his best to his family every single day.

There are moments when I wish I could do something for him the way he did so much for us. This Ramadan, I am trying to turn that love into something that continues beyond us.

I am starting a Sadaqah Jariya in his name to help serve families in need and provide clean water to communities who struggle for it. A charity that continues to give, just like he did in his life.
