Niko's Medical Fund

On April 13, 2015 Niko had a massive stroke that left him unable to speak, walk, or even feed himself.  He has been in a rehab facility for a few weeks.  I have been informed that his insurance will no longer pay for him to be there as of May 14th.  Niko has insurance that will pay for him to go to a skilled nursing facility, where he can continue his therapy.  He is making improvements and continued therapy is essential!  His insurance will only pay for 70% of the cost until his out of pocket maximum is reached, then they will cover 100% for 120 days.  This means that his family is responsible for 30% or the out of pocket maximum of $5000.  We have to pay this amount to the skilled nursing facility before he can be transfered.  I work two jobs, just to keep the lights on and food on our table. We never have extra money.  Niko has no other family that can help him.  Both of his parents are deceased.  I am not sure where else to turn.  We need help.
