On Monday December 21st when this GoFundMe Account was created we initially had a hard time discussing the tragic loss of such a dear friend that passed on December 20th. In the spirit of getting donations rolling in to help his family, we kept it short and sweet.
Jaime was on LOA due to a series of surgeries scheduled to repair a very damaged aorta that was at risk of rupturing. The surgery's consisted of 2- 4 way bypasses and 2 of the longest stints doctors have used. This was all to be completed within a series of 3 surgeries. After the second surgery there were complications that ultimately lead to his passing.
Jaime meant the world to a lot of people, he was the most supportive person our team has known and he was someone you could truly count on. Jaime lit up any room he walked in, from work to home with his huge smile. His family and friends meant everything to him and he was always happy to lend a helping hand. Jaime worked at Hillsdale Garden Apartments for approximately 25 years that is where we’ve gotten the pleasure of working alongside him. We were lucky enough to spend time with him every day. He worked multiple jobs for 14 years to be able to help provide for his Family. Jaime was a car enthusiast and enjoyed spending his free time fixing up old cars and giving them a new life.
His untimely death has left his family and friends heartbroken. He has touched many, now it's our turn to appreciate him and his family in return. The financial implications of laying our loved ones to rest are far-reaching and often overwhelming. Please help to ease the financial burden his parents will face in the coming weeks. Any donation, large or small, is greatly appreciated. Donations will be going directly to his family for funeral costs.
Jaime- You will be truly missed by so many people. You were one of the kindest, most honest people we've known. You never took life for granted and you deserved so much more. Your journey will not end but only continue on to a new destination with peace, Angels surrounding you and a cold one waiting for you.

Jaime Moreno was a dear friend, son and brother. He passed on December 20, 2015 due to complication from a planned surgery. Jaime's family wants nothing more than to honor Jaime with a Memorial Service. Any/All donations that are raised will go towards the funeral costs for Jaime. Let's help make this difficult time for his family more about honoring Jaime's memory and less about the funeral cost by donating anything you can.
