Pete's Dental Fund

Hi, my name is Peter Grass, I'm 46, and I live in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. I started this fundraising page because I need some help fixing my teeth. Over the years I have had quite a few dental issues, and with no insurance or extra income to have these issues addressed, they've continued to get worse, and in turn cause me a lot of pain. I'm not sleeping or eating like I used to, I've lost weight, and feel really self conscious about my appearance. The past year has been especially hard, and as we all know, these issues don't fix themselves. Over the past few months I have scoured the internet looking for help to get my existing teeth removed and have a new set of dentures made. I haven't found very many resources so I decided to try a go fund me page.
       I've been to a couple dentists in my area and had x-rays & exams done to try & figure out what the cost of this will be. I've been quoted as high as $13,000 to get my existing teeth extracted and have new dentures crafted. I'm self-employed, but struggling to make ends meet, like a lot of people today. A big part of the cost will be the extractions and anesthesia associated with the oral surgery. I'm hoping to raise enough money to start work on my upper teeth as soon as possible, as that's where the majority of my pain is. I know we are all dealing with a lot right now, so whatever help you can give would be very much appreciated. And if you can't help, I totally understand, but please share this page with others!
