Hello this is Cassandra wife of Westley. We are in desperate need of help from all of those that care about our family. Westley has been off since May 10 due to a heel bone spur with Achilles’ tendon injury. He went in for a minor repair on August 19. But as of Sept 4 our lives turned into a nightmare. Westley ended up with a blockage in his artery that shut off all blood supply to his left leg and the thing that saved his life is he had a blockage in that same artery which didn’t allow the 12 inch clot to go up into his lungs and heart. He had to have a thrombectomy and a faciotomy which means he had to have the blood clot removed and also 10 inch incisions on his calf because of the severity of the swelling that occurred. He now has a long road to recovery then originally thought and we need help with paying our bills on time. Anything will help at this point. But we still have a long was to go as he will need more surgeries to close the wounds and also get transferred to another hospital to fix the blockage that saved his life.
