Since late summer of 2021, Elliott had been courageously battling medulloblastoma. This is the most common type of cancerous brain tumour in children.

While there is no right way to experience cancer, he has shown a level of grace and bravery throughout his turbulent journey that is hard to grasp at any age, let alone fifteen.

In the summer of 2023, after a small period of remission, the cancer relapsed. After more chemotherapy and taking part in a trial the family has been told treatment options are exhausted.

It has been a journey that has not been possible without his family and friends. Today we ask that those people who are able to consider helping Elliot and his family in maintaining a quality of life as close to normal as possible during the toughest leg of this battle. This will allow his mother, Crystal, to take a leave from work in order to support her family, as well as provide opportunities that otherwise may not be in reach.
