Help me Pastor to the Homeless

Hello all! My name is Dean Penland, and I have been accepted at Fruitland Bible College starting in the fall. I will be enrolling as a resident student so that I can fully immerse myself in God's Word for the better part of two years and be prepared to make a difference when I graduate.
God has given me a unique mission: To minister to the homeless. There are so many lost souls in our country that need to know Christ: addicts, alcoholics, pimps and prostitutes, and the mentally unstable, just to name a few. Please help me so that I can effectively pastor to them.
It will cost me about $9500.00 per year to pay tuition, room and board, books and fees. Unfortunately, due to my disability (I have diabetes and severe neuropathy) and medical bills that had to be paid, I have no financial resources to put towards this. My success will depend entirely upon donations and sponsorships from friends, family, and the kindness of people who don't even know me. I don't want to come across as begging, but I can't do this without your help. My church, Pole Creek Baptist Church, has agreed to pay $450.00 per quarter, and I thank God for those fine people.
