Hi, my name is Purnalaxmi Adhikari i am here to tell you all how my husband and my family are suffering.It all started with a diarrhoea which didn't stop with the normal medications, then after few days when it was getting in control, doctors decided to run some test triying to figure out why it so long to bring things in control.In the test they found out that the protine (albumin) was very low which was not normal at all...after some diagnosis doctors came to the conclusion that we must consult nephrologist with well known doctor at "Medicare national hospital". And doctor suggested us to run some test such as ,(PLA2R, biopsy AND WHOLE BODY checkups..) then when the repot came it stated that he had a conditiion called "NEPHROTIC SYNDROME" THE first step of the medication doctors refered to him was the steroids following with ENDOXAN tablets which was to be carried out according to the cycle.

After almost 5 months when this procedure resulted in faliure, doctor recomended to give him Human Albumin as a suppliment for his loss of protine in the body. After 4 days of giving him Albumin I.V the report still had no progress.. then he suggested us to jump into another treatment by giving him Cyclopes tablets which had a very succesful results in such case.

After taking it till 3 months and a frequent hospitalization there was still no progress at all... Hopeless and frustated by the continious hospitalization and medication with no progress at all, doctor then suggested that lets start the root treatement, giving him the Rituximab 500 which was the latest in market and the only option left ro cure the condition. That almost cost around 900$ each... it was a I.V solution which was like a chemo therapy for the cancer.. during this medication he was again hospitalized and each day one dose of this Rituximab was given to him which also made him very weak and increased the risk of infection 3Days 3rd dose.. everybody was hoping it would work.. but the doctor said it would take 1month for it to work, so we waited... when the test report came after a month there was still no progress at all. Again thedirctor suggested let's give him another dose for 3 days because some times it would take two dose to cure this condition.. and here we were again hoping it would work this time.. but again we were wrong.. it didn't worked at all Now here we are still hoping we could do something to cure him.. we did everything we have we gave up every penny we have to cure him. But at this moment we are not even able to take him to the hospital for the treatment. Treatment for this condition is very expensive.
