The Wilder Family Fund

Tony Wilder is an Instructor here at DLD. Tony and his family have been very close friends of mine for years. They are truly family to me and everyone at DLD. They are the type of family that makes you smile, lifts you up, helps give you strength, and surrounds any room with sincere kindness and love. His wife Kady always gives the most amazing hugs that can turn any day around, their daughter Evie always knows how to light up a room, and I have only just met Isaiah but he has already warmed my heart as well.

On April 28, Kady was admitted into the hospital suffering from preeclampsia and they decided to deliver Isaiah early at 29 weeks. He is doing well and is a very strong little guy but will be in the NICU for another 5-9 weeks. Mommy is still recovering. After delivering Isaiah, she was still battling high blood pressure and due to several small blood clots that formed she suffered from a minor stroke on May 7 losing feeling in her left side. She is one of the strongest women I know and is getting stronger every day. She has several months of rehab ahead and will be transferred to another hospital for this followed by physical therapy once she is home.

This family’s faith, strength, love, and positivity through any situation is so inspiring to me and everyone who knows them. They have touched so many hearts at DLD, Campus Life Youth Group, Church, Schools, Work, and everywhere there has been people blessed to know them.

During a time where love and family should be the only focus, I would like to raise funds for them to use towards whatever they need right now whether it be medical bills, hospital visits, food, bills, etc. Anything you could donate would be most appreciated.
