Hello everyone,
It is with a very reluctant and heavy heart that I have decided to try to raise some money for my beloved dog Peach. I know many of you are familiar with her whether you have met her or seen photos/videos of her on social media. She is the love of my life and she needs help.
Peach has not been feeling well the past couple of days and what I thought was simply a bad bout of nausea has turned into a nightmare. She started vomiting profusely and stopped eating and drinking so we rushed her to the ER. The doctor informed me that she had definitely consumed some type of foreign object. On top of that she ended up inhaling vomit into her lungs and is now suffering from aspiration pneumonia. Further diagnostic ultrasound confirmed that indeed there is something in her stomach and it needs to e removed immediately.
If we do not remove it her stomach will continue to expand causing extreme pain and eventually the unthinkable... I am asking for anything at this point to help me get her through this. I know that this is a difficult time for everyone and the timing could not be worse.
She is currently being prepped for surgery and I am hoping that they can remove it with the less invasive option using a scope into her stomach. The second option would have to be going into her stomach surgically. Regardless this is going to be too much for us to handle financially..
Thank you guys for taking the time to read this.
