HP Funeral Expenses

Howard Polk was a loving father of two (Hayley, 22 and Caleb, 17) and a family man who’s life was taken too soon by COVID-19. He was admitted into the hospital July 9th, 2020 and spent his days fighting this virus in the ICU. His battle with this horrible virus ended on July 23rd, 2020, when God ended all his pain and called him home. It has been a lot to process for all of his family and the added stress of planning his services is not helping at all. He was loved by SOO many people and we all had a lot of unfinished conversations with him. Howard loved his family unconditionally and put his family and friends above all, and it is important we show the same love and gratitude to him and send him home correctly. We love you so much dad!!! Please, any donation will help to give my father the proper home going services and to ease the pain and stress of the family at this difficult time.
