In memory of Ryan, a very, very special person who in September 2023, we lost tragically, to addiction.

Having recently celebrated a year in recovery myself, I know all too well, the hopelessness and pain this disease causes, both for those affected and their loved ones.

As I am taking part in HYROX Malaga, alongside my sister Claire, I have decided to use this opportunity to honour Ryan’s memory and raise funds for a charity that was very close to Ryan’s heart – the Capuchin Day Centre. The money raised will help provide support for homeless individuals seeking help.
