Natalia’s Cancer Healing Journey

Hello I'm Stephanie,

I’ve created this fundraiser for my beloved sister Natalia. Natalia was suddenly and shockingly diagnosed with Stage 4

endometrial cancer in October 2023 at 36 years old, just five months after she was married. The cancer had already spread to other areas in her body when they first discovered it and she started chemotherapy within a few short weeks of her diagnosis.

Since then, she has been on a difficult journey to healing. Because of her strong faith, incredible spirit, support of her wife Erin and their families, along with her awesome care team at Edward Cancer Center, Natalia has been able to complete her first 6 rounds of chemo treatments on February 16th.

We are all so proud and amazed by Natalia’s strength and courage throughout this process.

We are grateful for the progress she’s made so far, and are working with her medical team as they plan the next steps in her treatment, which will include multiple surgeries, so she still has a long road ahead of her.

To know Natalia is to love her. She is a genuine, joyful and beautiful soul. She is loving, warm, sweet, compassionate, generous, and the most welcoming person you could ever meet. She loves and accepts others just as they are, and makes everyone feel seen and safe just by being near her. She’s also the funniest person we know.

We are eternally grateful for the outpouring of love and support from all of you in our community. Especially for all of you who continue to hold Natalia in your hearts and prayers. Many of you have asked how you can actively support her. We ask that you continue to pray for her, and send her messages of encouragement.

Fighting cancer takes a tremendous mental, emotional, physical, and financial toll on the person and their family. Natalia has taken a leave of absence from work since being diagnosed, and the extent of her illness is such that she will not be able to return to work during her treatment phase.

The money raised here will be used to help Natalia cover the cost of her current and future medical expenses. Please consider giving any amount and sharing her story and fundraiser with your friends and families.
