On February 21st, my family's home caught on fire after a faulty battery tender hooked to our 4-wheeler outside. The fire melted the basement bathroom window out and started a basement fire. We lost 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 birds. We just found out that we have to demolish the house and almost all of our possessions have been deemed toxic and need to be thrown away. I'm at a loss for words over how much this really messed us up. Our 3 daughters have been unbelievably strong dealing with this. We feel like we just had our whole lives flipped and kicked. No matter what though, we will get back up and we will move on.
