Rocky’s Medical Journey

Hi my name is Skylah and I am raising money for my beautiful boy Rocky in his sudden spinal injury. Rocky was rushed to emergency and had urgent surgery and will need ongoing vet care until we take him home which will be around the clock nursing care until he is on his feet again. My Vet bill is $14000- currently and Rocky will need physio and a hospital stay which could be up to 14 days at $1200- per day. We absolutely adore Rocky and he is such a beautiful and gentle soul with so much love for everyone he meets. I am a Music Teacher and work with a lot of children with autism and disabilities and Rocky is my “Therapy Dog” he sits in on all of my music lessons and calms so many of my students. My music lessons would not be the same without Rocky. We are absolutely devastated at was has happened and will do anything and everything humanly possible to create a healing journey for our dear Rocky. There’s a long road ahead for our boy but we are willing to do what it takes to help him on his road to recovery and we are not giving up on him. Rocky has touched so many lives with his loving and gentle nature and we just want him to be back to his normal healthy self again. Rocky is a huge part of our family and a massive part of my music therapy for students with disabilities.
