Dreams , hopes and wishes

My name is Diana,

I am raising money for my friends Elena a mother of 5 from Bucha, Ukraine and Iryna. Iryna’s  husband and brother were killed by the Russian soldiers during Bucha massacre and found in a basement of their family home. Elena’s nephew was killed too on the front line.  And her ex husband, father of her two children was wounded.  

On top of everything, Elena lost her mother to cancer on April 10. Elena’s mother was unable to receive the medical treatments with the oncologist and her life was cut short. Elena is unable to give her mother a decent funeral.

We applied for a Home for Ukraine visa for Elena and her 5 children  and Iryna on the 18th of March and were able to find a match. The host is located in a rural location on a farm, and the sponsor stipulated that she can only host if a family have a car. I have so far matched 40 people with hosts and helped a lot of friends financially in Ukraine, and sadly I am unable to pay for the car myself.

Today I am raising money for a funeral Elena’s mother deserves and a reliable car for Elena and her children to use in the UK. In such challenging times it is my fervent hope and wish to be able to pay for Lena’s mothers funeral as she also has to think about her nephew  who was killed and a farther of her children who was seriously wounded. Additionally a car is not a luxury but a necessity where she will be living. Lena and her children are asking for you to answer their wish to enable them to build a new life.  Iryna is a friend of Elena, I don’t know her personally but I really sympathize with her and really want to help her start a new life.  Without a husband and a brother.  She also has a son who defends our homeland, whom she needs to help financially upon arrival in England.
 I am open to offers of loan cars, and / or being pointed at appropriate car for sale in the area. If you can help in any way, please contact me directly.
