Please help me regain my life

Hello world,
Never in my life did I think I would find myself in a position to reach out to caring people who don’t even know me for financial help.
In the past 7 years, I have had 4 major cervical fusions. Due to the trauma of the previous surgeries, I need to have another surgery by a specialist in a completely different state. I am in Texas. My surgeon is in Virginia at the Washington Nerve Institute.
My surgeon, Dr. Ivica Ducic, has lowered the cost of his surgery from $78,000 to $23,500; since, he does not accept my Medicare insurance. He is a very gracious man who truly cares about his patients. He previously performed a right occipital nerve resection and left side decompression.
At that time, I had just received my back pay from Social Security Disability. So fortunately. I was able to pay for my first surgery.
My condition has worsened again with a quick onset. It is debilitating condition due to constant nerve pain resulting in extreme migraines. Also I am no longer able to walk without assistance because of balance issues. I suffer from dizzy spells as well. All of these symptoms hinder my being able to live any quality of life.
I am reaching out to see if anyone is able to help me regain my life by helping to fund my surgery and travel costs.
My days are spent alone, except for my emotional support animal, Aunna. My condition is so debilitating that I am unable to function with daily activities.
My spouse is a wonderful caregiver. However, the amount of money she makes from her job is only enough to keep a roof over our heads, food in our bellies and utility bills. Right now, she has taken FMLA from her job in order to care for me. She will run out of paid time off in two weeks. After that, if she has to, she will have to take time off without pay.
I am not sure how much longer we can keep our heads above water, given all of the recent doctor and hospital bills.
The picture I posted shows the current condition of my cervical spine. It is a 5-level 360° fusion.
Until I am able to have this surgery performed, I am completely disabled.
With this surgery, my hopes are to once again be a productive citizen in society. Being able to give back to people, animals and the Earth will be my way of “paying it forward”
Thank you for reading my story. Thank you for being a compassionate person.
Any contribution would be appreciated beyond words.
Sincerely,
Bonnie L. Bolina

After some consideration, I have included the letter from my surgeon which explains the surgical procedures that need to be performed and the cost.
Again, I thank all that take the time to read, share and donate. (If possible)
