Most of you know about my having heart issues through the years and know the struggles that has interfered with my life recently to which I ended up on dialysis. 

With Las Vegas hospital systems very limited I had to find a Hospital that has all the facilities and top notch Doctors to handle my current situation which I am in  need of a heart / kidney transplant. Therefore I'm at UC San Diego being evaluated at this time. It is very extensive and challenging. 

What am I asking of you. Your donation, whatever the size, will help with medicine, Doctor visits, medical bills but most of all accommodations to stay in San Diego area for at least 3 months for the upcoming checkups and 24/7 assistance towards the recovery.  This will not be easy but I'mdeterminedto fight to see how this goes.  Please know that I'll be so thankful and Blessed as to the continued support from you all.
