Lacey Ann Delaune was 56  years old and a native of Morgan City and Lafayette.   Lacey passed in her sleep the evening of March 18, 2016. Lacey was a mother of three , two daughters and one son.  Lacey was an interpretur for the deaf for many years which touched many lives of the young children and adults she assisted. She was involved in the church and loved to interpret for those who seeked the Lord.  She had five grandchildren that she loved very much.  Lacey loved spending time with them doing the activities they loved.  Lacey was diagnosed with a brain tumor about ten years ago and had been in poor health since.  Lacey struggled the past ten years trying to manage her pain and gain the most out of her life she knew how.  She made the most of situations and loved her family dearly.  Unfortunately she had no funeral insurance of any kind.  All funds will be used directly for the cost of the funeral and burial.  The funeral will be held at Family Life Church Tuesday March 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. The address is 2223 Dulles Drive Lafayette La. 70506 Please help a mourning family , any help would be greatly appreciated.
