Support Ahmed's Family's Journey to Safety

Hi, my name is Ahmed Alqazzaz. My family is currently in Gaza, and they urgently need your help.

The story:

I am Ahmed and I'm 33 years old, I have a master degree in Information Technology, and my wife is Ashwaq she is 31 years old, she was working on here master thesis before October the seventh, we are a talented and skilled couple with ambitious careers. Both of us are University Lecturers and Apple developers living in Gaza with our three beautiful daughters Raan, Meraan, and Mareen. We just finished rebuilding our apartment, a symbol of our hard work and a promise of a bright future.

Our world has been shattered by the war in Gaza. Now, we are forced to abandon everything they've built. our apartment, once a cozy home filled with laughter, now bears the scars of war.

Living in Danger:

Every day in Gaza is a struggle for survival. The constant threat of violence and the lack of basic necessities make it impossible for my family to survive. We dream of a place where we can sleep soundly, play without fear, and rebuild our lives.

We were forced to relocate from our home to live in Maghazi camp, and again we were forced again to relocate to Al-Zowaida town, in a very danger insecure trip with three children all of them are less than 3 years old.

Relocating again!
After the second relocating in Al-Zowaida, we made a new relocation at April, 6th., we went back to Al-Maghazi camp where my wife’s family lives looking for better suppliers for our children, we thought that the camp is safe now, after the invasion on the camp is done. but after one month, at 3rd of May, the Israeli army inform us to leave the house in 10 minutes we left every thing behind, and went out running from the house, they strikes the house, and there is nothing left, every thing now is under the rubbles.

Meraan keep asking for here toys, and puppets, but we are speechless, we don’t know what we can tell her. She become so depressed, she stop eating for days because she so sad from being removed from one place to another, from losing everything even her own pink blanket, we toke her to the therapist, and we keep follow the sessions with her.

Hope for a New Beginning:

After losing our jobs because the university where we worked has been bombed, and we cannot work as Apple developers anymore in Gaza due to the electricity and Internet drops. We still have a chance to find refuge. However, securing entry requires funds we simply don't have. The past six months of relentless war have exhausted our savings, leaving us with very little to secure our escape.

Your Contribution Makes a Difference

Even the smallest donation can make a big difference in this family's life. I'm a talented developer with a bright future ahead. With your help, we can escape the horrors of war and start rebuilding our lives in safety.

How You Can Help:

Please donate generously to help the Qazzaz family find safety in Egypt. Every contribution brings us closer to safety and a chance to rebuild our dreams.

Please share this fundraiser with your friends and family. Together, we can make a difference!

Additional Information:

The donated funds will be used solely to support the family's safe evacuation and initial resettlement. This includes critical costs associated with visas, permits, and other official fees required for their legal departure to Egypt. Additionally, funds will cover essential living expenses for us for a few months in Egypt, providing us with a temporary haven until we can travel to Oman, our final destination. In Oman, I have a secure job offer that will allow me to rebuild our lives in a safe and stable environment.

The progress
Thank you for your generosity, your donations now allows us to evacuate one of the family, but yet 4 other members will be left behind, we wish we can reach our goal soon so we can all evacuate together once the Rafah port opens again.
