USA Fencing Summer Nationals UTAH

After winning Cobra SYC Y14.

I have an outstanding 14 year old  daughter. She is talented ,smart and is an extremely passionate fencer.
She chose this sport when she was only 8 years old. As time has  gone by it has become her best friend and it is where she turns to for solace.
Chejsa's purpose these days is to be the best fencer she can possibly be. She has been working hard even through injury and adversity to make it to Summer Nationals in Utah. She has qualified for all of her events in women's saber. She had qualified for cadet and junior events last year, but we were unable to go, This broke her heart, but not her spirit. She has trained (ran) with her uncle, fenced in  our apartment hallway with a makeshirt dummy, fought hard tournaments( always with her mantra" I can do this." even though she may have thought otherwise. The fixed point... UTAH. The aim is  to qualify again for the summer nationals this time Div1 and Div1A,Juniors,Cadet and  in Y14 in which this will be her last time competing in this age group. She achieved this and I am so very proud of her for her effort and determination. I have seen the tears, the frustration and the doubt. I have also seen the look ... the one that said.. "Mama, I did it!"
Needless to say this is a not an easy task for me. I have paid for the registration for the tournament. The trip to Utah is very pricey and finances are very tight at the moment.  We have managed to pay the resistration fees that were high. but we also need to pay travel hotel and food for a weeks stay. This will enable Chejsa to fulfill her dream and help her to fence on a higher level. Preparing her for the next tougher level and skilled fencers. Anything that you are willing and able to give is greatly and heartfelt appreciated from both Chejsa and myself.Thank you
