As you all know by now, dad is critically Ill and has been admitted to Burlington Lahey Hospital for 27 days now. On ventilator for 21 days. Went into Cardiac arrest and was revived and survived my a miracle they said. He needs trach surgery this week if he can stabilize between the fevers. Both lungs have had pneumothorax but one healed and one is in process. Today he had a blood transfusion and his kidneys fluctuate numbers.
We are unsure if there will be need for experimental drugs. The medical bills are adding up and up and up. There will be need for rehabilitation facilities after then a home nurse when he comes home & medical equipment when dad comes home. ❤️ I'm currently on disability, the kids have taken time off work to be around mom and I and help us do everything from cleaning to driving to taking me Dr's appointments for myself to not leaving my mom alone. It's chaotic but we are rallying through. Any little bit helps and is so greatly appreciated! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Any and all funds will go directly to the benefit of dad and his health.
