Medical and travel assistance

Hi, my name is Chelsea and I am fundraising for upcoming travel expenses. I was given a rather short notice to an upcoming surgery that is going leave me unable to work for a few months.

The funds being raised are mainly for travel expenses, flight, hotel, food ect... as well as to ease financial stress on the house hold.
