Help fix my basement, please!

Hi, my name is Aimee. My family and I were so excited to buy our first house. This was all we dreamed about, all we talked about. We found a wonderful little house and 6 months later we had one disaster after another. First our basement flooded raw sewage everywhere, then our oven broke, then our shower and finally last but not least our upstairs toilet exploded and flooded our basement again and destroyed my kid's bedroom. Right now we're just trying to fix one thing at a time starting with getting our basement cleaned and sanitized. We live paycheck to paycheck, times have been really hard and all of savings have been depleted. Any help you can offer would mean the world to us, thank you.
