Hi everyone, Im Alex one of Drew’s best friends. we’re pretty much neighbors and live in almost the exact same neighbor hood This go-fund me is directly towards Drew’s medical bills and expenses his family has to cover for the duration of his time in the hospital and during his recovery.
David Andrew Engel, as know as Drew, one of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever known, an athlete, a talented tennis player and one of my best friends, He unfortunately went down on his motorcycle on Saturday in a traumatic freak accident where he's sustained a very traumatic brain injury along with multiple broken bones. They have had to remove parts of his skull to relieve the swelling of the brain and stop the bleeding. As of now he is stable and has shown good signs of strength and he's fighting to come out of this! The first 48hrs were a big deal and we made it through that time frame and he has shown some positive responses for a recovery but he is far from out of the storm and has a very long road ahead of him. Anything helps and I know a lot of people have asked me if there’s anything they can do so I think a small donation of any amount to his family at this time would be the only thing I can think of. Medical bills are expensive and the cost of living these days has doubled. We are keeping faith and optimistic of a solid recovery. Thank you all god bless and pray for Drew ❤️
