Hello, my name is Steve Toler. My brother Eric Toler has been in ICU for 3 weeks. He has had 2 Strokes, 3 seizures, and has 3 infections in his blood. He was supposed to have emergency heart surgery today, but his oxygen level was too low. He has a wife, 3 children, and 3 grandbabies. Eric and his family need emergency medical assistance.
