Hi friends and family,

I am going through a really difficult time right now and I am asking for help, support, and prayer from my friends and family. I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis, and this is my second confirmed abscess in my colon in just six months. Because this happened again, my doctors originally planned for surgery, but it’s too risky for me at this time due to how aggravated my colon is. If we do surgery now, they have to remove 40% of my colon. Instead, I’ll be out of work for the next couple of weeks while I focus on treatments and recovery.

I have already been out of work for the last month, and with more time away expected, I’m not sure if I will qualify for any assistance. My bills have been piling up, and I am doing everything I can to stay afloat. I am behind on several payments, and I’m scared my car will be repossessed. I owe $800 just on that, and it feels impossible to manage right now.

I am trying my best to stay positive and trust God through all of this. I am asking for any support you can offer. Any financial help will go directly toward my bills, living expenses, and transportation so I can focus on healing. If you cannot give financially, your prayers and encouragement mean just as much to me.
