Our sons medical alert dog, Charlotte, has torn her ACL and after two surgical veterinarian consultations the repair cost is beyond what we can afford. We are desperately seeking your help with her surgical cost.
Garrett-James has a protein deficiency and relies on Charlotte to alert him when his levels become too low. Garrett-James and Charlotte are inseperable and it breaks our hearts that she is hurting and in pain.
When Charlotte is out of commission our son risks a drop in his protein levels without warning and a grand mal seizure could occur. Charlotte has been his best friend/protector for over 5 years and she has many more years left to do the job God created her to do.
The doctors said it needs to be repaired as soon as possible and tentatively set the date for Nov 16. Charlotte means the world to us and to our son. She is more than a dog, she is our son's life saver, his freedom to be normal, his companion through it all.
Please help is be there for her, to relieve her pain, and allow her to get back to the job she absolutely loves.
