MINOCQUA POLICE DEPARTMENT K-9 PROGRAM
The Minocqua Town Board has approved the outside funding of the Minocqua Police Department K-9 Program. The Town Board has requested that the Police Department secure the funding for the K-9 Program before proceeding in the purchase and training of the K-9 and handler.
The Minocqua Police Department has set a goal of $80,000 to assist with the purchase of the K-9, the training, the purchase of a fully equipped squad car, and to sustain the program for years to follow. These funds will be used only for the purpose of supporting the K-9 Program.
