My name is Kelsey and this is the first time I'm willing to speak publicly about my struggles.  For years I've struggled with depression/anxiety/PTSD as well as a cutting disorder and other behavioral disorders.  I've been to treatment facilities in the past, however, none of them cater to my specific needs, as they are more about substnace disorders and mine are not substance but rather behavioral in nature.
I found a facility, The Meadows, in Arizona that is perfect for me and can give me the necessary therapies, modalities, and skills that I need in order to turn my life around once and for all.  I've had several conversations with the facility and they assure me we will be a perfect fit.  The problem is they do not accept my parent's insurance coverage, therfore I would have to be a cash patient at the tune of $54,000 for a 45 day inpatient stay.  When I heard this it blew my mind and it's still blown!  How do I come up with $54k???  The answer came after much prayer and pleading.  Learning about gofundme.com only a few days ago, and being in a desperate situation is, I bleieve, God's way of directing me to what He knows I need.  Again after much prayer and supplication with Him I now believe this is the path He wants me to take.  So here I am.  
Please know that I'm sincere in turning my life around.  It's a must for me.  I have a desire to work with small children and am working on my degree to do so, but the dream of actually  working with children will only happen when I gain the power to overcome, once and for all, with the right tools, my negative behaviors.
I know I'm seeking a large amount, but I have faith I will reach my goal.  I appreciate any donation, no matter what size, that you're willing to give to help me turn my life around.
