Brian Wesley Faulcon deserves justice.


Six years ago, he was unlawfully accused of a crime that he did not commit.  After six years of a restricted lifestyle, including limited ability to visit his son in North Carolina and three trials (one ending with a hung jury and one mistrial), he was convicted of robbery and is currently awaiting sentencing.  Our family is in the process of retaining counsel for the appeal process.  This is estimated to cost us $25,000.


We are humbly requesting both financial assistance as well as your support and prayers.  It has been a long fight and we continue to persevere.  Brian remains in good spirits and we need to help him maintain hope and belief in truth and righteousness.  It is our trials and tribulations that make us stronger and this is among the hardest that we could ever imagine or endure.


We must utilize this occurrence and enlighten our young men to recognize the battles that we are in the midst of so that we might minimize the chances of this happening to any other innocent individuals.  It is an honorable service and our duty to stand up and fight for truth and justice.
