On November 6th, I woke up to a phone call from my husband at about 7:30 in the morning, telling me that he had just been in a motorcycle accident on his way to work. He was so lucky that he kept his cool and did everything in his power to get out of it alive, but in the process, he got pretty beat up and broke a few bones.

Now that we are back home and he is healing, reality set in that we are about to be very desperate. We are paying bills with the last check he's going to get for a few months because he won't be able to work and will have to go through physical therapy. I'm working and picking up extra shifts, but I make way less than him, and my pay was always used as our backup for unexpected bills or groceries and will definitely not cover all of our bills.

We honestly never thought we would have to do this because we are not the type to usually ask for help. We've always just toughened it out until we got through it, but I don't think it will be that easy for us this time. We could really use all the help we can get until he can get back on his feet again. Anything will help, and we really appreciate everyone's support.
