Help save her home

I am setting this up to help a friend who is desperately in need. She has been going though a nasty divorce for the last 2 years from a Narcissist who has been out to destroy her, He has take everything he possibly can from her. He cheated on her with men and he abused her in just about every way possible for the 20 years they were together. He worked hard to distance her from her own children (2 of which were only his stepchildren).

She is one of the most giving peopl I know and will jump to help others out even when she is struggling,She is not one to really ask for help and always tries to struggle through things herself.

She has been trying to pay for attorneys, but she has very little income and he refuses to pay her anything at all in spousal support. in 2 years, she has yet to get into court to get a judge to order spousal support. She has been struggling with next to nothing and has gone severly in debt trying to battle this abusive, Narcissist and to at least keep her home. This is a very giving woman, who has been abused all of her life. She has reached out to every avenue out there and because her husband managed to competely destroy her credit, (he trashes other peoples credit to get what he wants then quits paying it, he is currently destroying his own credit to hurt her and make her homeless, but does not care as he is already using other people to still get what he wants.) he made sure neither the house or the nearly $100K HELOC he took out has her name on it. She can not even get help from housing resources because of this. He has made sure to control everything about her.

She is disabled and is very limited on what she can do for work and create an income herself. She has many serious life threatening health issues. She was very much a dependant spouse. Yet the moment he was removed from the home, he felt he was not responsible her and he was not responsible for any of the bills on the house including the mortgage (he manipulated her and the situation and made sure her name was not on this, so she has no access to it at all) nor the HELOC (This is nearly a $100,000 debt which again, she was not on, had no access to, and was never allowed to use for herself. This was used as the husband's own personal bank account and he had it maxed out in less than 2 years, using it for anything he wanted to have and not at all for the family, nor any repairs on the home.)

Since he has refused to pay the mortgage or the HELOC, it is going into foreclosure. And since he refuses to pay his wife spousal support, she is unable to pay either of these herself, in addition he has made sure she has not had the ability to speak to either of these lenders. because it is not in her name and she has no access to these accounts, she is unable to arrange a hardship negotiation with them.

Please help my friend save her home, I am trying to help raise money for her that she can use to catchup the balances on both of these to save her home. She is trying hard to get this into court for the matter to be settled and receive the alimony she is due. She will then have the ability to refinance the home into her name and cover the expenses.

If she loses her home she will be homeless, She has no family (as he made sure to take them away from her and turn them against her) and no friends that can help her or give her a place to stay. (again he made sure to keep her isolated) The few friends she has are not in any position to be able to take her in and we have been helping her as much as we can but also are not in the position to help any more.

She has 3 dogs and a loving heart. If she becomes homeless she will have nothing left, no place to sleep, no furniture, no family or pets (which are the only family she has left) No way to work, shower, or manage any of her multiple health issues. At the moment with her situation she can not quaify for a mortgage on a home anywhere else right now, nor would she even qualify for an apartment.

I am trying to help her save her home, while she can get this matter before a judge to get the spousal support.
