Francisco is a very hard working dad of 4 and is married to his wife of 50 years. He resides in Alamosa, Colorado since the age of 16. He is a very loving and caring father and is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it.

Francisco was on a small vacation visiting family when he suffered a horrible accident. The gas cylinder was faulty,when he went to turn the gas off and began to spray everywhere. Then came in contact with the water heater pilot light, causing a massive explosion in our home. Windows were blown out doors where blown off the hinges and launched to the surrounding neighbors. We are very lucky to still have my father with us today.

He suffered first and second degree burns on 60% of his body. The medical care in Mexico, which is where all this happened, is horrible and inadequate and we just want to take my father back home to Colorado to a proper burn unit.

This fund will help with:

- All medical costs incurred in Mexico

- Ground transport to the airport

- A medical air ambulance to medically repatriate him. Thanks to the Swedish burn center for finding $20k to help with this aspect.

The cost of getting him home for proper care is $40,000.
