Neil Van Dennis  passed away on April 27th, 2015 at the age of 51.  Neil died suddenly due to a brain hemorrhage  triggered by a brain tumor that he did not know he had.  We will miss him dearly.  

Neil was so thankful to have the support of friends and staff at the Community Care Center  in San Diego where he received physical therapy for a long term back injury. His CCC friends will remember his beautiful voice and outstanding sense of humor that brought joy to the whole center.

In honor of our son and brother, we know he would love to give back to CCC at the time of his passing.  We thank all of you for your thoughtfulness, support and love of both us and Neil.
