Howie is a 55 year old male from Penn Run. He is married to Julie Cramer and has two sons named Jared and Jason. He is a self-employed truck driver for Penn Run Quarry.

On May 3, 2015 Howie was cleaning his tri-axle and fell backwards from the truck and broke his neck and severed his spinal cord. Currently, he is in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh PA.  Howie has paralysis from the chest down. He has uncontrolled movement in his arms and can't move his fingers. We are asking for help to fund him in order to help cover costs for his medical, rehabilitation process and travel cost for his family to and from the hospital.
