As close friends of Ethan and his family, we have felt completely helpless watching him go through this journey. This page is our way of doing something — of standing beside him and showing him just how loved and supported he truly is.

Ethan is now into his second intensive cycle of chemotherapy at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, already around a third of the way through. What he has faced so far is more than most people could ever imagine, yet he continues to show incredible strength, courage, and a positivity that inspires everyone around him.

Despite everything he is going through, Ethan is still a teenage boy — and he deserves the chance to enjoy life, make memories, and have things to look forward to.

We would love to give him the opportunity to go on a lads’ holiday, to spend time with friends and experience something normal and uplifting. However, due to his condition, the cost of travel insurance alone is more than double, making this difficult to achieve.

With his 17th birthday approaching, we also hope to help him learn to drive — giving him a sense of independence and something exciting to focus on during such a challenging time.

More than anything, we want Ethan to have moments where he can simply be himself — to laugh, make memories, and experience the things every boy his age should, especially after everything he is bravely facing.
