Let’s help Florence!

Florence has been the most positive player on our softball team for years. She is always smiling and willing to help out in any way, the ultimate team player. During our game tonight, she seriously injured her leg and ankle in an effort to slide safely into third base. The injury led to surgery after breaking her tibia and fibula with some broken bone in her ankle tissue. While waiting for the ambulance, Flo didn’t get upset or show her pain, instead she made jokes with kids, stayed calm and was laughing with others around her. Florence is a single mom of two awesome boys, Aiden and Mason, and loves her job working with children every day. This injury will most likely have her out of work for some time as well as incur costly medical bills. Let’s help the girl who is always willing to help everyone else!
