Help Max Run Again!

Hello!
Thank you for visiting out Gofundme page! We are the Monteros, and we made this page to raise money for our dog, Max. He recently had surgery on both of his legs. It was a complicated procedure, and the bill for this surgery and further physical therapy to help get him running again is what we need help raising.
Here's a little about Max:
He's a mixed breed four year old dog, although we still treat him like a puppy. We're not exactly sure what he is, but when we got him we fell in love. How could you not?

It's took a lot of patience, potty training, and adapting on for us and for him to make him comfortable and happy in our home and now after four years together it's safe to say he knows he is welcome and loved.

A few months ago, we noticed he started limping. We went to several doctors and they all said he need surgery. This surgery unfortunatly, was $4,000. We had already begun to pay for it in monthly incraments, but just 6 weeks after his first surgery, he began to limp on his other leg. Supporting his weight while his left leg was damged ended up damaging his right leg. So Max had to go under the knife again, and added another $4,000 to the bill.

A lot of our (dogless) friends think we're crazy and have asked why we haven't put him down, but that never crossed our minds as an option. This is where generous donors such as yourself come in! Any little bit is greatly appreciated, and every cent raised will go towards helping our Max run again! Thank you for reading and visiting!
