I am a recent widow.

My husband made an attempt on his life in our apartment about a week ago while I was out of town in south Florida and it was too late.

I am now left with the financial weight of breaking our apartment lease and all other unexpected expenses that come along with something like this.

Our 3 cats were involuntarily surrendered to a shelter where they were mistreated and now are in the care of emergency vet hospital due to contracting respiratory infections. They did not notify us whatsoever, and handed off my babies back to me sick.
