My name is Johnson Chinonso Kalu. I am 23 years old and a final year student at Imo State University, Nigeria. After a biopsy was performed, the doctors confirmed a growing tumor in my nasopharynx, hence my swollen neck appearance. I have been referred to the oncologist for final treatment.
