U14 Girls Basketball Nationals

We are the Hills Hornets Under 14 Girls Division 1 basketball team, and we are on our way to the Australian Under 14 Club Championships ("Nationals") to be held in Ballarat from September 29 to October 5 later this year.

Only the top 24 Division 1 boys & girls teams from across the country participate in Nationals every year, and we are fortunate to have earned a place in the tournament with our performances this year, where we are currently placed in the top two of the Waratah Metro Junior League.

We will be traveling and staying as a team, and we are raising funds to help cover these costs. We also hope to get some t-shirts made to help remember the experience! We will be hosting BBQs and running a number of other fundraising activities to help raise the required funds as well.

Our aim is to go down and win the tournament and to have an enjoyable and memorable sporting experience while doing so. Any contribution you can make will be sincerely appreciated. We will be posting regular updates to the page when we are on tour so please stay tuned!
